If you want a reasonably priced, world class dutch oven, this is it. The enameled finish rivals the top brands. Non, porous, easy to clean and no seasoning required as with a cast iron dutch oven. In my experience as a chef, I get the same results with this dutch oven as I have in the past with the top, expensive brand.
